Conclusions

Design decisions were shaped by several goals: to establish new leadership in a design direction for internal platforms; to create excitement and buy-in for the new platform, which relies on staff engagement for success; and a desire to change the tone from grey and corporate to fun and magical.

I was the lead designer for Centene on this project.
